Job Summary

Saudi Arabia is currently undertaking a program of change and sustainable growth, as part of an exciting and robust 2030 vision. Deriving from this huge opportunity, AECOM is playing a major part in transforming cities, social infrastructure and urban environments within the Kingdom. The Public Investment Fund (PIF) is in the process of tendering large programs of work with each requiring a consultant to establish a program management office (PMO). Following on from the successful award of the first PMO (Saudi Customs), AECOM have now been successful in securing several PMOs and PMC's throughout the Kingdom.

These unrivalled opportunities cover multiple industry sectors including retail, leisure, housing, aviation and rural infrastructure, covering master planning through to major project delivery and operations of major assets. However, for this particular opportunity we would be keen to hear from those with a keen interest to work on the NEOM project.

  • Project Reporting Specialist

Minimum Requirements

  • Source monthly progress updates from delivery, engineering and discipline leads;

  • Prepare Monthly Narrative Progress report each month;

  • Prepare Monthly Progress Presentation for MJC Senior Management;

  • Prepare Quarterly Narrative Progress Report each calendar quarter;

  • Develop Proliance Dashboard (Executive and Contract Level);

  • Work with the AMPS team to ensure Proliance functionality for Dashboards;

  • Attend weekly Program Director Meetings. Take minutes and coordinate action close out with leads;

  • Internal weekly reporting on hours, costs, budget;

  • Administration of transaction controls for Pre-PM team;

  • Preparation of monthly AECOM Major Projects Report using APIC and progress data;

  • Oversee monthly invoice preparation to ensure no missed billings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in engineering, construction or project management.

  • 15 years of experience in large infrastructure programs/projects.

  • Project management background in multi-discipline transport infrastructure projects, ensuring understanding of project lifecycle, engineering and management disciplines;

  • Ability to interact with engineering team and senior management;

  • Excellent written, numerical analysis and reporting capability, as well as working APIC knowledge;

  • Broad experience across engineering, commercial, contracts, risk, value, safety, document control, project controls and reporting (including full understanding of earned value and KPIs).

  • Must work well under pressure and be a proactive team member.

  • PMP desirable.
