AECOM Training Specialist in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia - Ar Riyad, Riyadh

Job Summary

  • Assists in the implementation of programs that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage an organization's talent pool.

  • Helps management evaluate the effectiveness of the organization's talent strategies.

  • May suggest aligning talent to training or development programs to ensure organizational goals are met.

  • Typically reports to manager or head of unit/department.

  • Working on routine tasks within the job function.

  • Works under direct supervision in several aspects of the work.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in learning and development/ knowledge transfer including exposure to project management sector.

  • Associate Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (ACIPD) or equivalent Certifications desirable.

  • A high standard of analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience and demonstrated ability in employee development.

  • Ability to manage communications effectively with management and other departments.

  • Proficient using Microsoft Suite.

  • Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related subject.
