Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our team, bringing expertise in both project execution and strategic consulting. Candidate will play a key role in guiding complex projects from concept to completion, while providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance business operations. Candidate exceptional leadership and team-building skills will be instrumental in motivating and developing project teams, ensuring we deliver outstanding results for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:

  • Lead and manage project from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timeline constraints.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget.

  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

  • Manage project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Consultancy & Contractor Supervision:

  • Analyze client needs and challenges, providing expert advice and innovative solutions to optimize business processes and achieve their goals.

  • Develop and present compelling proposal and recommendations tailored to client requirements.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.

  • Lead and manage the contractor’s selection process, ensuring alignment with project requirements and budget constraints.

  • Develop and implement detailed work plans and schedules for contractor activities, ensuring clear scope and communication.

  • Monitor contractor performance daily, proactively identifying and addressing any deviations from specifications or timelines.

  • Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure quality deliverables as per contract agreements.

  • Manage and resolve any conflicts or misunderstandings arising between client and contractor, promoting collaborative problem-solving.

  • Team Leadership:

  • Provide effective leadership and mentorship to project teams, empowering them to contribute at their highest potential.

  • Set clear expectations, delegate tasks effectively, and provide regular feedback and coaching.

  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting open communication and team spirit.

  • Additional Responsibilities:

  • Manage project budgets and resources effectively, making informed decisions regarding contractor expenditure.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in project management and consulting.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide project management methodologies.

  • Develop and implement risk management strategies, mitigating potential issues and maintaining project stability.

  • Provide ongoing performance feedback and development opportunities to contractor teams.
