AECOM Senior Contracts Administrator in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Summary

The Senior Contracts Administrator (Office) is responsible for managing and dealing with all contractual matters that arise either from office based procurement, are reverted to head office by the site based SCAP for further investigation or relate to other contractual matters as directed by the PM. The SCAO will directly manage workload distribution, execution of work and personnel management within their team. The role encompasses overseeing the formation and administration of office procured contracts across project life cycle and working with the Procurement Manager on all: pre-qualification, compilation of bid requests, receipt of bids, bid evaluation, award, monitoring contractor performance. Following award of contracts the SCAO will monitor adherence to conditions of contract, back charges, resolution of claims and disputes, monitoring and approval of applications for payment through to final contract closure.

  • Coordinates and provides review, administration and/or compliance activities for industrial, commercial and/or government (federal, state and local) as listed above for complex contracts that may require more coordination with multiple entities, requiring further legal reviews, etc.

  • Works under limited supervision.

  • May provide guidance to level I and II contract administrators.

  • Responsible for setting own project deadlines.

  • May assist in the negotiation of terms and conditions with clients.

  • May provide recommendations regarding outsourcing requirements.

  • This position may serve as team lead and subject matter expert.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum years of Experience 15 to 18
