Job Summary

Are you a Senior Commercial Manager looking to work on projects that can change the world, projects that are always more complex and innovative than the last? If so, we are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join our team in NEOM, Saudi Arabia providing comprehensive, accurate and value driven services across a variety of different regions within the NEOM program. Job Responsibilities:

As a Senior Commercial Manager, you will lead and deliver all aspects of commercial management from project inception to completion. You will work with Senior Directors to successfully manage and deliver a number of projects, varying in complexity and value. You will drive performance standards through expert communication and effective use of the performance management process. Maintain and develop good relationships with clients, take every opportunity to uphold and increase the profile of the firm as a provider of professional, premium quality services to the construction industry. You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring junior staff to deliver our services efficiently and effectively.

Minimum Requirements

  • Good working knowledge of FIDIC suite of contracts.

  • Proven ability to advise clients and design teams on cost, value and risk, not just cost in isolation.

  • Excellent numeracy, verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience of working as part of integrated, multi-organisation, collaborative teams

  • Experience of working within a client organization, either directly or through a co-location/secondment arrangement would be of benefit

  • A clear work history and proof of professional development and learning

  • Prior line-management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree Qualified – BSc or MSc – in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management

  • Professionally Qualified – ideally Chartered Quantity Surveying Status with the RICS, CIOB or other equivalent institution.
