AECOM Document Controller in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

The position of This position will be one of AECOM`s team assigned to work at the client offices where it is required to work closely with the client and assure all of the correspondences are documented and archived according to AECOM standards. In addition of liaising with both the client and AECOM document control teams.
Documentation & archiving of all AECOM correspondence with the client.
Maintaining & updating a log of all documentation on daily basis as well as uploading it on the server.
Liaising with the AECOM Document control team if any queries from the client.
Support AECOM team assigned at the client offices.
Specific Skills Required :
Ability to produce reports and MOM`s.
Good knowledge of relative software.
Ability to document and archive all sort of documentation MOM, letters, etc….
Decent Communication skills and team work spirit.
- 8 years of related work experience
- Related Diploma
