Job Description

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, considering timelines, budget constraints, and resource allocation.

  • Creating strategies to ensure successful project delivery, meeting client requirements and industry standards.

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, expectations, and preferences.

  • Providing regular project updates and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the construction process.

  • Managing and leading a team of construction professionals, including project managers, engineers, and support staff.

  • Providing guidance, support, and training to ensure the team's success and adherence to project goals.

  • Developing and managing project budgets, ensuring that financial resources are allocated efficiently.

  • Monitoring expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and maintaining financial control throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Utilizing your consultancy background to provide technical expertise and guidance on complex construction issues.

  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, building codes, and safety standards.

  • Implementing quality control measures to ensure the highest standards in construction processes and final deliverables.

  • Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify and address any quality concerns.

  • Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.

  • Implementing risk management protocols to ensure the smooth progression of construction projects.

  • Facilitating effective communication between project teams, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

  • Collaborating with various departments within the organization to optimize project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bacholar Degree in Engineering

  • proven experience of heavy high-rise building projects

  • Minimum of 20 years of experience

  • Member of Chartered Institue of Building (MCIOB)
