Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified HSE Manager to join our team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive safety, health, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with local and international standards while promoting a culture of safety within our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures

  • Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement

  • Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions

  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, OSHA regulations, and international safety standards

  • Manage and track key performance indicators related to safety, health, and environmental metrics

  • Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees at all levels of the organization

  • Collaborate with department heads to integrate safety practices into daily operations

  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on safety performance and initiatives

  • Oversee emergency response planning and coordinate drills to ensure preparedness

  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in safety, health, and environmental management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field

  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar certification preferred

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in safety, health, and environmental management

  • Familiarity with international safety standards such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001

  • Proven experience in implementing and managing safety management systems

  • Strong skills in risk assessment, incident investigation, and emergency response planning

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and educate at all levels of the organization

  • Proficiency in using safety management software and data analysis tools
