Job Description

Working part of a team and managing multiple contract and to provide sound contractual advice on deliverables of varying complexity on post-contract.

Core Scope :

  • Accountable for briefing the team on the project scope to ensure roles and responsibilities are understood

  • Prepares for final approval tender negotiations

  • Prepares and administers routine correspondence

  • Prepares, organizes and maintains contract records to ensure contract compliance

  • Attends Project meetings to ensure compliance with contract requirements

  • Supports the project team and provides advise/support regarding the requirements of the contract and clarifies contractual queries.

  • Prepares, process and negotiates change orders with clients and contractors

  • Ensures that all contractual deliverables are in place and create relevant logs Administration, review and settlement of claims, resolution of disputes and contract change negotiations

  • Ensures all warranties, bonds, insurances, guarantees, etc. are in place and maintained and updated in accordance with the Contract Minimum

Qualifications

  • 10 years + Commercial Management experience on high-rise/tall towers or complex buildings projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or construction related discipline, Quantity Surveying, Law or business related field. Professional Membership such as RICS, and training in contract, construction, and commercial law are preferred.
