Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Project Surveyor to join our growing Masterplanning costing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of large-scale developments with a focus on early-stage planning, asset evaluation, and infrastructure strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation of early-stage cost estimates for complex masterplans, incorporating infrastructure, utilities, and asset mix considerations.

  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to assess cost implications across land use, development phasing, and infrastructure strategy.

  • Liaise with utility providers and technical consultants to validate assumptions and refine cost inputs.

  • Assist in the development of cost models and benchmarking databases to support regional projects.

  • Contribute to digital delivery through the use of cost software tools (e.g., CostX, Candy, Excel-based models, or Power BI) – certain training can be provided.

  • Client facing presentations and reporting with clear, structured deliverables and commercial insight.

Desired Attributes:

  • Regional experience in the GCC or similar markets is highly advantageous.

  • Exposure to or an interest in digital tools for estimating, benchmarking, or reporting (e.g., Power BI, GIS platforms, or data visualization tools).

  • A well-rounded cost consultant with a strong commercial mindset and appreciation for both infrastructure and above-ground development.

  • MRICS

  • A proactive, collaborative attitude – we value cultural fit and team contribution as much as technical skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying and/or Engineering (or equivalent) from an accredited, internationally recognized institution or University.

  • MRICS required

  • Minimum 10 year’s experience in the industry.
