AECOM Logistics Operations Center (LOC) Analyst II- (GAR) in Camp Arifjan, Kuwait

Job Summary

AECOM has an immediate opening for a Logistics Center (LOC) Analyst II - Graphic Asset Representation (GAR) in Kuwait.

Performs mission/resource analysis coordinates with supply, maintenance and transportation functional areas and ensures supporting requirements and implied tasks are accomplished to standard and within required timelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Track and analyze equipment and Taskers, operational activities and department metrics.

  2. Responsible for ensuring department logistics and Graphic Asset Representation (GAR) mission requirement.

  3. Responsible for ensuring program logistics resources for movement for storage can adequately support mission/contract requirement.

  4. Assist with the sustainment program through operational analysis, operational planning, maintenance & readiness reporting.

  5. Required to conduct scans of inside/outside storage locations daily.

  6. Determines methods of storage, identification, and storage location, considering temperature, humidity, height limits and required space.

  7. Responsible for ensuring department logistics and Graphic Asset Representation (GAR) mission requirement.

  8. With the use of MDMP, assist in the development of Concept of Support/Course of Action briefs, APS-5 Set Annual Issue Exercise requirements and issue plans IAW contract requirements.

  9. Gather and identify trends while developing models for corrective actions.

  10. Assist with the coordination of a multiple mission requirements including APS Set Readiness.

  11. Assist with the sustainment program through operational analysis, operational planning, maintenance & readiness reporting.

  12. Serve as the liaison between all departments to achieve a cohesive end result.

  13. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent required.


  • 4 years of related civilian or military experience required.

  • 1 year supervisory experience preferred.

  • US Army MOS 92A preferred.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills:

  • Must be well versed in Army operating methodologies and the use of appropriate logistic information systems.

  • Must have in-depth knowledge of AWRDS.

  • Must have the ability to interpret and implement local policies.

  • Must have knowledge of working with Military Table Of Equipment (MTOE).

  • Must have an intermediate level of proficiency in the use of MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Outlook

  • Must have progressive written and oral communications skills.

  • Must have strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work and communicate with others effectively.

Certification & License:

  • Secret Clearance

Work Environment, Physical Demands and Mental Demands:

  • Ability to perform job duties efficiently and effectively.

  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

  • Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.

  • Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
