AECOM LOC Analyst II (MRC-Supply) in Camp Arifjan, Kuwait

Job Summary

AECOM has an immediate opening for an LOC Analyst II (MRC-Supply) in Kuwait.

Performs mission/resource analysis coordinates with supply, maintenance, and transportation functional areas and ensures supporting requirements and implied tasks are accomplished to standard and within required timelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Handles multiple operations simultaneously and provides updated status on supply readiness.

  2. Conducts strategic planning/analysis for supply operations to forecast resource constraints and mitigation resolutions.

  3. Analyze data and provide reports, surveillance guidelines, supply and inventory schedules, performance trend analysis and requirements determination.

  4. Assist in the development of Concept of Support/Course of Action briefs, APS-5 Set Annual Issue Exercise requirements, and issue plans IAW contract requirements.

  5. Track and analyze taskers, operational activities, and department metrics.

  6. Coordination of daily, weekly, monthly operations as well as multiple tasker mission requirements.

  7. Perform mission analysis (MDMP), including but not limited to workload analysis and determination of both specified and implied tasks required to complete an assignment.

  8. Performs other related duties as assigned or directed.

Minimum Requirements

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Associates degree in Logistics or equivalent highly preferred. 2 additional years of experience over minimum required can be substituted for degree.

  • U.S. Citizenship required.

  • Secret Clearance Required

​Experience:

  • 5 years of related civilian or military experience required.

  • U.S. Army Logistics MOS preferred.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills:

  • Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the applicable supply and equipment management processes, related regulations and is required to ensure effective accountability of all assigned property.

  • Thorough knowledge of analytical techniques and causative research skills to identify areas of needed emphasis to recommend improvements

  • Must be detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Must have an intermediate level of proficiency in the use of MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project and Outlook.

  • Excellent computer, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills required

  • Must have strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work and communicate with others effectively.

  • Knowledge of AR 710-2, DA PAM 710-2, AR735-5, Army Supply documentation, and other applicable regulations.

  • Must possess working knowledge of the Army War Reserve Deployment System (AWRDS), various LOGSA Logistics Integrated Warehouse (LIW) applications, and other approved automated property accountability systems.

Certification & License:

Secret Clearance

Work Environment, Physical Demands and Mental Demands:

  • Ability to perform job duties efficiently and effectively.

  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

  • Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.

  • Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
