Job Summary

AECOM has an exciting opportunity in Afghanistan on the Eagle contract for a Maintenance Operations Coordinator . The Coordinator coordinates and integrates all program based Maintenance activities required in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the 401st AFSB Maintenance and Operational Support contract.Ensures that program documents are complete, current and stored appropriately. Supports the quality control program office with monitoring and reporting on compliance with POPs SOPs, program objectives and work instructions.Assists senior management in the implementation of companywide related programs and initiatives. Refines and, where necessary, develops new metrics and reporting systems to track effectiveness of all AC FIRST program support initiatives for the Maintenance department.Collects, compiles and analyzes data to prepare a various statistical reports. Manages collection of data for AC FIRST monthly and annual reporting.Works closely with other leaders in a team environment to develop, coordinate, managing and communicating activities for the company.) Updates and distributes monthly Maintenance and Management phone list.Manages storage facility boxes and orders supplies, Responds to inquiries about policies and procedures from other staff members.Maintains management and update of daily military Personnel Status Report (PRSTAT)Completes and updates monthly Labor Hour Maintenance roster.Assembles spreadsheets and converts them to graphic format to illustrate financial data. Analyzes project financial reports and raw information from local sources, OneSource and other databases to identify anomalies, produce spending trends, reports, charts and graphs for program Senior Management, Maintenance Director and the Government as directed. Prepares expense reports for reimbursable items to employees.

Minimum Requirements

  • Active Secret / Tier 3

  • ACT FOR to PM Executive Assistant, Assists with tracking and dissemination of all actions on contract, to include classified and sensitive information. Needs access to SIPR and CENTRIX for access to classified information necessary to support the PMO.

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.

  • Three years of progressively more responsible human resources or similar experience, with an emphasis in implementing companywide programs.

  • Work experience may be substituted for educational requirements and/or educational achievements may be substituted for years of experience. Example: Two (2) years of experience is equivalent to (2) years of college and vice versa.

  • Must have excellent and effective presentation skills.

  • Must be able to influence without direct authority through building effective partnerships throughout the organization.

  • Must be able to work effectively with all levels of employees.d) Requires strong interpersonal skills.

  • Requires a collaborative work style, fostering cooperation and teamwork.

  • Must have the English language speaking ability to speak the language with sufficient structural accuracy and vocabulary to participate effectively in most formal and informal conversations on practical, social, and professional topics.

  • Must be able to read standard newspaper items addressed to the general reader, routine correspondence, reports, and technical materials in the individual's special field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Former Military experience preferred.
