Job Summary

AECOM has an exciting opportunity in Afghanistan on the

EAGLE contract for a

Logistics Analyst-RH. The Analyst maintains property accountability and asset visibility in GCSS-AProvide visibility of all TPE/RPAT equipment currently on retail property bookPrepare reports, presentations and other data mining results as required. Provides asset visibility support to the Coalition Support CellPerforms document register reconciliations as required. Assists in ensuring contract provisions are met. Cross reference multiple source documents, provide guidance and timelines for data submission and validate data before submission to higher headquarters. Coordinates with outside resources to maintain sustainment operations. Researches and resolves inventory and/or system problems. Generates daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by department. Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Duties may vary contingent on assigned departmentEnsure strict compliance to safety practices and support the AC FIRST Safety Policies and Procedures. Instills a safety first mentality within respective work areas and a culture that achieves low accident rates and minimal lost-time injuries. Adhere to ISO Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions in support of the AC FIRST Quality Management System. Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • Active Secret / Tier 3

  • GCSS-Army Certification required for US Citizens

  • Driver’s license may be requiredEducation:

  • Must have 3-4 years’ experience in logistics and analysis

  • Must have 2-3 years of property book experience required

  • US Army 92A or 92Y preferred

  • Knowledgeable in the use and operation of Global Combat Support System- Army

  • Work experience may be substituted for educational requirements and/or educational achievements may be substituted for years of experience. Example: Two (2) years of experience is equivalent to (2) years of college and vice versa.

  • Knowledge/experience with Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW), Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP) and Global Combat Support System–Army (GCSS-Army)

  • Must possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision; ability to work in a team-based, highly collaborative environment

  • Must have organizational, analytical, written and oral communication skills

  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy is required

  • Must have a high level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other software programs to assist with special projects, and other compliance programs.

  • Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification is desirable with an emphasis in Excel

  • Must have knowledge of supply and quality performance processes

  • Must be able to provide possible solutions to the processes and trends identified

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
