AECOM has an exciting opportunity as a Lead - Property in Afghanistan on the Eagle Contract. Orders, receives, stores, maintains and issues expendable, durable and non-expendable supplies and equipment to support operations of the Property section. Ensures condition code of material and equipment is certified by a qualified Quality Inspector before accepting property (IAW SOP) and arranges proper disposal through PCARSS when property is in excess or materials become obsolete. Maintains accountability of government furnished property assigned to the directorate/department in accordance with requirements of Federal Acquisitions Regulations. Ensures files in accordance with Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS). Prepares and processes financial liability investigation of property loss and statement of charges on Lost, Theft, Destroyed or Damaged (LTDD) GFE/GFP/GFM. Resolves inventory and/or system problems. Validates completeness of printed hand receipts before forwarding to lead or supervisor for hand receipt holder’s signature. Initiates documentation for any Supply Discrepancy Report, Transportation Discrepancy Report or Quality Discrepancy Reports. Provides mentorship and oversight of lower level positions to ensure they learn the right processes and furthers their capabilities. Provides quality checks and validates entries of lower level positions to ensure all data entered into OneSource data base is valid, complete and accurate. Ensures all GFM received through Procurement is properly documented, marked (tagged) and issued to the intended user, also ensuring copies of all paperwork is posted in OneSource under the Purchase Request number. Conduct PMCS on equipment assigned to the section. Maybe required to operate and manage PBUSE. Instills a safety first mentality within respective work areas and a culture that achieves low accident rates and minimal lost-time injuries. Adhere to ISO Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions in support of the AC FIRST Quality Management System. Duties may vary dependent on assigned department.
NACI/Tier 1 for US Citizens and PCC for Non US Citizens
Valid driver’s license is required.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
3-4 years’ experience working in inventory control or property accountability is required.
MHE Experience required.
Must have knowledge of the Army retail supply system, technical supply operations, and established policies.
Must be proficient in Microsoft office suite and related applications.
Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision.
Must have high-level of organizational and planning skills.
Must have excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
- US Army MOS 92A or 92Y preferred.
